Renewed all at once in 2020 Inagi City National Health Insurance Card


From early September, we have been mailing insurance certificates by registered mail to households enrolled in Inagi City National Health Insurance, which can be used from October 1, 2021. It is addressed to the head of the household, and the number of National Health Insurance members in the household is enclosed.

Note: Those aged 75 and over are eligible for the latter-stage elderly medical care system (not National Health Insurance).
Note: Even if forwarding settings are set at the post office, mail will not be forwarded outside the city.

Note: If you wish to pick up at the counter, you will need identification documents (driver's license, My Number card, etc.) of the person coming (yourself or the same household).
Note: If you have not received your insurance card by September 30, 2020, please contact the National Health Insurance Section.

When you receive your insurance card, please check that the information on the card is correct.

Information as of the date of creation is usually written on the face of the ticket. Even if you have already completed procedures such as withdrawal or change of details, there is a possibility that you may receive an insurance card with information from before the procedure due to a mistake.

About expiry date

The expiration date is as written on the ticket.

If your insurance card has expired, you may discard it yourself, taking care to protect your personal information.

My number card and insurance card will be integrated.

The insurance card is scheduled to be abolished due to the integration of the My Number card and the insurance card. The timing and operation of the abolition will be decided based on future notifications from the government.
