Nursing care insurance premiums

1. Please apply at counter number 4 on the 2nd floor of City Hall (Elderly Welfare Division, Nursing Care Insurance Section), Hirao branch office, and Wakabadai branch office.
2. We will confirm your identity using an ID such as a driver's license or health insurance card.
3. Please fill in your name, etc. on the "Bank Transfer Contract Application Form."
4. Please swipe your cash card on the dedicated terminal installed at the counter and enter your PIN number.

By completing the above steps, your application will be completed on the spot.

Note 1: We will not notify you that the procedure has been completed or the transfer has been completed, so please check your bankbook to confirm.
Note 2: Bank transfers cannot be made for past years or periods for which the payment deadline has passed. Please pay using the payment slip.

Note: The applicant must be the account holder (applications cannot be made with a card in anyone other than the applicant's name).

2. Cash card from the "List of Financial Institutions that Accept Pay-G Account Transfers" below (PIN must be entered)

Note: There are some types of biometric cash cards that cannot be accepted.

Note: For financial institutions other than those listed above, applications can be made by bank transfer as usual.

In principle, only regular accounts (Japan Post Bank usually accepts savings accounts) are accepted. However, current accounts are also accepted at Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.
