ADL maintenance, etc. additions (1) and (2) have been newly established due to the FY2021 nursing care fee revision.

B ADL maintenance, etc. addition (1)
Conform to all of the following criteria.

1. The total number of people to be evaluated (those who have used the business or facility for more than six months) must be 10 or more.
2. For all subjects, ADL was evaluated in the month in which the use of the service began and in the sixth month counting from the month following that month (or in the last month in which the service was used, if the service was not used in the sixth month), and the values ​​based on the evaluation (hereinafter referred to as "ADL values") were measured, and the measurements were submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for each month in which the measurements were taken.
3. The average value calculated based on a certain standard by subtracting the ADL value measured in the sixth month following the month in which the subject of evaluation began using the service from the ADL value measured in the month in which the subject of evaluation began using the service (hereinafter referred to as the "ADL gain") must be 1 or more.

(b) Addition for ADL maintenance, etc. (2)
Conform to all of the following criteria.

1. It must conform to the standards in 1. and 2.
2. The average ADL gain of the subjects is 2 or more.

Evaluation period

Period from the date of notification until 12 months later

Calculation period

Period within 12 months from the month following the month in which the evaluation period ends (calculation can only begin after the evaluation period ends)

Submission Deadline

Until the 15th of the same month of the year before the scheduled date of receiving the addition.

As of March 31, 2021, establishments that have submitted notifications regarding ADL maintenance, etc. additions prior to the revision due to the FY2021 long-term care fee revision cannot be calculated until March 31, 2021. Masu. However, ADL maintenance additions (1) and (2) cannot be calculated together.
