About the "Electronic Application Notification System" for applications for designation of nursing care facilities, etc.

Regarding the electronic application notification system , we are currently only accepting "notifications regarding additional charges" for various applications related to home care support, community-based services, and care prevention support facilities designated by Inagi City.
Regarding applications for new designations, renewals of designations, changes, etc. , we are currently not accepting them due to malfunctions and adjustments being made to the electronic application and notification system. We will announce on the website when operations resume.



Regarding "Notifications on the system for calculating nursing care benefits (notifications for various surcharges)," we have started accepting electronic applications through the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Electronic Application Notification System." Although you can still submit applications by paper as before, in principle, applications will be submitted through this system , so we ask that you make active use of it.
If you are applying through the "Electronic Application Notification System," please notify the person in charge after submitting your application electronically.

About the flow of system usage

1. Creating a G Biz ID

To use the "Electronic Application Notification System", you must create a "G Biz ID" account in advance.

2. Login to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Electronic Application Notification System"

For information on how to operate the system, please refer to the "Operation Manual" linked below or the "Electronic Application Notification System Operation Guide (for Businesses) Explanatory Video" posted in the help section of the system.

About attached documents

For each procedure, additional documents may be required in addition to the application form. Please check the link below for required attached documents.
If you are submitting documents other than those listed on the website (copies of qualification certificates, etc.), please convert them into PDF files and attach them.
