Depending on the degree of health damage, there are three categories: medical expenses, medical allowance, disability pension, disability pension, lump-sum death benefit, and funeral expenses, and the amount stipulated by law will be paid.
However, the causal relationship between whether the health damage was caused by the vaccination or another factor (infectious disease introduced before or after vaccination, or another cause, etc.) should be determined by vaccination, infectious disease treatment, etc. This will be deliberated by a national examination committee consisting of experts in various fields such as law, and if it is determined that the cause is due to vaccination, you will be able to receive benefits.
