Inagi City designates the remaining valuable greenery as a natural environment conservation area based on the "Inagi City Ordinance Concerning the Protection of the Natural Environment and the Restoration of Greenery."
The criteria for designating nature conservation areas are green spaces with an area of 1,000 square meters or more that meet one of the following criteria.
1 Green spaces open to citizens Conservation of areas with trees, forests, etc. that are in good natural condition or areas that can be improved to be in good natural condition for use by citizens. areas where it is necessary to plan
2 Scenery Green Area An area positioned within the green ring that creates Inagi, and is important for maintaining a good landscape from the urban area.
3 Ecosystem Conservation Green Space Areas that are habitats for flora and fauna that need to be protected or propagated, or areas that are adjacent to such areas and are expected to expand the habitat of such flora and fauna.
4 Shajirin, etc. Green areas such as Shajirin, where the location contributes to the improvement of the living environment for citizens
Once designated as a conservation area, incentives and management subsidies will be issued based on the "Guidelines for Subsidies for Protection of the Natural Environment and Restoration of Greenery in Inagi City."
