Also, if cats are not spayed or neutered, kittens will be born one after another, and the number of cats without owners will increase, which will increase the number of people who see cats as a nuisance, which will actually make cats unhappy.
Rather than feeding cats needlessly, please observe the cats to make sure they are not causing a nuisance to the local community, be considerate of the local community, and follow the rules below as part of your duty when feeding cats.
