Public announcement system for serious violations of fire safety laws

The "System for Publicly announcing Violations" is a system in which the Fire Department Publicly announces any violations that it has become aware of so that building users can access information about fire hazards themselves and make decisions about using the building.

• Facilities where an unspecified number of people come and go, such as restaurants, stores, and hotels

Violations subject to disclosure

• Indoor fire hydrant equipment, sprinkler equipment, and automatic fire alarm equipment are not installed even though they are required to be installed.
