In the environmental learning center facility, we measured air radiation dose based on the city's air radiation dose measurement response policy, so we will publish the results.
In addition, in this measurement, there were no places that required cleaning, etc. (places exceeding the judgment standard value (0.23 microsieverts per hour)).
Note: The old facility name of the Environmental Learning Center is "recycle shop".
Name of facility | measuring date | weather | Measurement location | Measured value (unit: microsieverts per hour) |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 centimeter on the ground | ||||
Environmental learning center | February 21st | sunny | Under the gutter on the west side of the main building | 0.063 |
In front of main house entrance | 0.076 | |||
Under the rain gutter on the south side of the main building | 0.073 | |||
Next to the entrance on the Tsurukawa Highway side | 0.061 | |||
Near the entrance/exit on the Misawa River side | 0.066 |
【explanation】
When converted from 0.23 microsieverts per hour to 0.99864 millisieverts per year, it is lower than the radiation dose index (1 millisievert or less per year (excluding natural radiation dose, etc.)) recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) for ordinary people to receive.
According to the Ministry of the Environment's "Decontamination Guidelines", if the radiation dose at 1 meter above the ground is below 0.23 microsieverts per hour, no further action will be taken.
