I would like to know about the city's personal information protection system.

This is a system based on the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (Personal Information Protection Act), etc., and has two aspects.
The first is that the city must properly handle the personal information entrusted to it by everyone, and manages everything from collection, storage, use, submission, and provision to disposal safely and strictly.
