What documents are required when moving into Inagi City from abroad?

The required documents are:
(1) Passports of all those moving in (2) My number card (personal number card)

In addition, person who can report is "the person of the same household".

Note: If you are unable to correctly fill in the permanent domicile and the head of the household on the notification of change of residence, you will need a certificate of all family register details (certificate of all family registers) and an appendix to the family register.
Note: (2) My number card is only for those who have it. If you apply for reissuance of your My Number Card on the same day you move in, you will need separate documents. Please refer to " My Number Card (Individual Number Card) " for the required documents.
