If I move to Inagi City from overseas, please let me know what documents I need.

The required documents are:
(1) Passports of all transferees (2) My number card (individual number card)

Please note that the only person who can submit a notification is the person himself/herself or a member of the same household.

Note: If you are unable to accurately enter the permanent domicile and principal person in the notification of change of residence, you will need a certified copy of the complete family register listing all transferees and an attachment to the family register.
Note: Only those who have a My Number card (2). If you wish to apply for reissuance of your Individual Number Card on the same day you move in, additional documents will be required. For the required documents, please refer to " About My Number Card (Individual Number Card) ".
