I would like to take a copy of my resident card, what should I do?

Apply at the Citizens Section of the city hall or each branch office

When the applicant or a member of the same household applies

Please bring proof of identity such as a driver's license or passport.

When an agent other than the principal applies

Please bring a power of attorney handwritten by the applicant and an identification card of the agent.
