I would like to make a copy of my resident card, what should I do?

Apply at City Hall Citizens Division or each branch office.

If the applicant or a member of the same household applies

Please bring proof of identity, such as a driver's license or passport.

If an agent other than the applicant applies

Please bring a handwritten power of attorney and identification of the agent.
