I have lost my Basic Resident Register card, what should I do?

Please go through procedures for temporary suspension or abolition at the Citizens Section of the city hall. Procedures can also be carried out by phone.
In case of loss or theft, be sure to report it to the police.

In addition, the issuance of the Basic Resident Register card has ended on December 28, 2015 due to the start of the personal number system.
It will be my number card (personal number card) instead of basic resident register card.
