I would like to change the information on my Basic Resident Register card. What should I do?

Changes to the information on your Basic Resident Registration Card are necessary when you move, or when your name changes due to marriage registration, etc. A new entry will be written on the back of your Basic Resident Register card, so please bring your card to the Citizens Division at City Hall. In addition, changes to the information will only be accepted if a person from the same household as the person in question brings the Basic Resident Register card.
