I am moving out of Inagi City. I have a child, what kind of procedures are required at the Child Care Support Section?

If you have children of junior high school age or younger, please go to the Child-rearing Support Division to complete procedures for extinguishing "child allowance" and "medical expense subsidy system for infants and children attending compulsory education".
Note: Civil servants do not need to apply for child allowance.
Note: Those who are receiving child rearing allowance, child rearing allowance, and medical expenses system for single-parent households need to complete the necessary procedures.
Note: If you are using a childcare facility or kindergarten and have received certification or a subsidy, you may be required to complete the necessary procedures.
