A password must be set [Public Facility Reservation System for Sports Facilities]

A new public facility reservation system for sports facilities will be implemented in December.
You will need to set a password to use the new system. Please note that you will not be able to log in with the password for the current system.
You will also need to register your email address along with setting a password.

Individuals and organizations who registered as users by November 22 will continue to use the same user ID. If you apply for new user registration, you may be required to use different IDs in the current system and the new system during the system transition period, depending on when you applied.

(Note) Other facilities, including school sports facilities, are not included.

If you have completed registering your email address on the current system by November 22nd, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password after December 11th.
You will be able to set your password for the new system from the same day, so please follow the instructions to do so.

• Emails from the new system, including information emails, will be sent from addresses containing the domains below . Please be sure to remove your spam filter or change your email settings to receive emails by December 10th.

• If you do not receive the email by December 15th, please bring your user registration card to the Sports Promotion Division on the 6th floor of City Hall, the General Gymnasium, or the Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field counter. You will be guided on how to set your password at the counter.
• If you are an individual or organization currently undergoing the renewal process, you may not receive an email. In that case, you will be provided with instructions on how to set your password when you collect your renewed user registration card, so please come and collect it as soon as possible after the registration card is issued.
