Please register your email address in the public facility reservation system.

A new public facility reservation system for sports facilities will be introduced in December.
To use the new system, you will need to register an email address. If you are an individual or organization who is registered as a user of a sports facility and has not registered your email address in the current system, please do so by Friday, November 22nd.
(Note) If you have already registered your email address in the current system, you do not need to register again. Email addresses registered by Friday, November 22nd will be automatically migrated to the new system.
(Note) Details regarding the new public facility reservation system will be announced at a later date. An explanatory meeting is also planned for November.
(Note) There are no changes this time except for the sports facilities.
How to register an email address
1. Log in to the public facility reservation system.
2. Select "Change User Information" from the My Menu at the bottom of the top page.
3. Select "Change registered user information."
4. Enter the email address you want to register and select "Next."
5. Check that the information you entered is correct and select "Change" to complete the registration of your email address.
