The public facilities reservation system for sports facilities will be renewed in December.
Using the new system requires setting a password. Please note that you cannot log in with the current system's password.
Additionally, registration of an email address is also required along with the password setting.

User IDs for individuals and organizations that have registered by November 22 will continue to use the same ID. If a new user registration application is submitted, depending on the timing of the application, you may need to use a different ID in the current system and the new system during the system transition period.

The new system can be accessed from the link below.

(Note) Other facilities, including school sports facilities, are not eligible.

If you have registered your email address by November 22

If you have completed the registration of your email address on the current system by November 22, we will send you an email with instructions for setting your password after December 11.
You will be able to set your password on the new system starting from that date, so please follow the instructions to set it up.

Notes

  • Emails from the new system, including notification emails, will be sent from addresses that include the domain below, so please ensure that you disable spam settings or adjust your reception settings by December 10.

  • If you do not receive an email by December 15, please bring your user registration certificate to the Sports Promotion Section on the 6th floor of City Hall, the Comprehensive Gymnasium, or the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field. We will provide guidance on setting your password at the counter.
  • Individuals or organizations undergoing the renewal process may not receive an email. In that case, we will provide instructions on how to set your password when you receive your updated user registration certificate, so please come to pick it up as soon as possible after the certificate issuance date.

If you have not registered an email address in the current system

If you have not completed the registration of your email address in the current system by November 22, please come to the Sports Promotion Section on the 6th floor of City Hall, the Comprehensive Gymnasium, or the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field after December 11 with your user registration certificate. We will provide guidance on setting your password and registering your email address at the counter.
