[Please note the expiration date! ] Notice of renewal of Inagi City public facility user registration (for sports facilities)

If you have registered to use the Inagi City sports facilities, you will not be able to pay the fee and use the facilities if the expiration date expires, even if you have made a provisional reservation for the facility using the public facility reservation system.
(Example: Even if you win the facility use lottery held in June, if the expiration date has expired, you will not be able to pay the fee until the renewal is completed. Therefore, the fee payment period will start from July 1st. If the renewal is not completed by the end of , payment cannot be made and the reservation will be automatically canceled.)
If you have not yet updated, please do so as soon as possible. ( Renewal is not completed immediately after application. Please see the registration certificate issuance schedule below for the period required for renewal.)

After 14 days from the application reception date Note: If there are any deficiencies in the application form, it will be necessary to correct the deficiencies. Please be careful when applying, as the date of receipt of the "completed documents without any defects" will be the application date .
Note: City Hall is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.

Note: Due to the review of the application and attached documents, it usually takes 14 days from the date the application is received for the issuance of the registration certificate.
Note: We will not contact you regarding the issuance of the registration certificate, so please check the registration certificate issuance schedule above and come to the pick-up location you requested at the time of application.

You will need to show your ID to receive your registration card.
Recipients of group registration certificates are group members, including group representatives and contact persons, and family members living together. The recipient of the personal registration card is the registrant himself/herself or a family member living together.
Both groups and individuals can only be picked up by high school students and above (approximately 16 years old and above).

A newly registered registration certificate is valid for two years from the date of issuance of the certificate, as indicated in the Inagi City Athletic Facility (individual/organization) handbook.
The date of issuance of the registration certificate will be 14 days or later from the date the application is accepted without any defects.
