If you have registered to use the Inagi City sports facilities , once the expiration date has expired, you will not be able to pay the fee and will not be able to use the facilities, even if you have made a provisional reservation for the facility using the public facility reservation system.
(Example: Even if you win in the lottery for facility use held in June, if the validity period has expired, you will not be able to pay the fee until the renewal is completed. Therefore, the fee payment period from July 1st If the renewal is not completed by the end of the period, payment will not be possible and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.)
If you have not yet updated, please do so as soon as possible. ( Renewal is not completed immediately after application. Please see the registration certificate issuance schedule below for the renewal period.)

Note: Due to the review of the application and attached documents, it usually takes 14 days from the date the application is received for the issuance of the registration certificate.
Note: We will not contact you regarding the issuance of the registration certificate, so please check the registration certificate issuance schedule above and come to the pick-up location you requested at the time of application.
You must present your identification card to receive your registration card.
Recipients of group registration certificates will be the group members, including the group representative and contact person, and the members' families living together. The recipient of the individual registration card will be the registrant himself or herself or a family member living with the registrant.
Only high school students and above (approximately 16 years of age or older) can receive both groups and individuals.
The expiration date of a newly registered registration certificate is two years from the date of issuance of the registration certificate, as stated in the Inagi City Physical Education Facility (Individual/Group) Handbook.
Please note that the registration certificate will be issued no later than 14 days after the application is received without any defects.
