Inagi No. 7 Elementary School stands in a quiet environment surrounded by lush pear fields and lush nature, overlooking the Tama Hills to the south, which are rich in history, including the remains of Jomon dwellings and the ruins of the Kamakura period.
We actively use local areas as teaching materials, such as Tenjinyama, pear cultivation, the Misawa River, and the Benten-dori shopping street.
Through pear-growing experiences and building flower beds by the promenade behind the school, students deepen their interactions with local residents and foster love for their hometown and school.
We actively engage in cross-grade exchange activities such as vertical groups, with the aim of improving students' ability to interact with people and fostering a sense of compassion.
This year, continuing from last year, the entire school is working to develop children who are mentally and physically fit.
educational goals
Based on education that respects human rights, we aim to raise children with a rich sense of humanity.
``Dreams and hopes
A child who thinks, a child who is considerate, a child who is tenacious.”
