Opinions on Inagi City's Basic Policy for Address Reorganization (draft)

number Opinion (Summary) City's approach
1 As a general rule, the method of organizing addresses should be based on town boundaries, town names, and lot numbers. Regarding the method of address arrangement, we will discuss appropriate methods with local residents based on Inagi City's basic address arrangement policy.

Other opinions regarding address arrangement in general

number Opinion (Summary)
1

I look forward to the promotion of the address sorting project, which is very difficult to locate.
It is desirable to solicit new town names for the eastern part of Nanzan land readjustment project area.
I would like addresses throughout the city to be sorted out in a short period of time, including areas other than those in the land readjustment project area.

2

Too many street numbers. I would like to see the town divided into 1-chome, 2-chome, etc., or give each area a new town name.
I would like town names to be chosen taking into account the characteristics of the area.

3 I would like the land readjustment project to be carried out and addresses to be reorganized at the same time.
4 The basic policy (draft) for setting town names states, ``We will follow the current Oaza name as much as possible, and as a general rule, we will add ``〇-chome'' to the Oaza name. "However, regarding the Nanzan Eastern Land Readjustment Project Area, I would like the town name to be changed to "Nanzan", taking into consideration the past history and characteristics of the area.
5 In the eastern Nanzan land readjustment project area, some buildings are already using the name "Nanzan." In order to ensure the integrity of the area, I think it would be desirable to name the town ``Nanzan.''
6

Since the Nanzan Eastern Land Readjustment Project Area is an area where many new residents are living, we believe it is necessary to unify the town name with a new name such as ``Nanzan'' in order to create a sense of unity.
I would like to collect the opinions of new residents and decide on a new town name before the land is replaced.

7 For land readjustment project areas, we believe that the method of reorganizing town boundaries, town names, and land numbers, in which the address and land registry are the same, is appropriate.
