Tokyo established the Tokyo Welfare Community Development Ordinance in 1995 with the aim of creating a society where all people, including the elderly and people with disabilities, can live and visit safely, securely, and comfortably. I am. Among them, "maintenance standards" are established according to the classification of target facilities such as buildings, roads, parks, public transportation facilities, etc., and facility owners and managers are required to comply with the standards when constructing new facilities or renovating facilities. We are looking for compatibility.
For specified city facilities (buildings, roads, parks, public transportation facilities, etc. used by a large number of people, of the type and size specified by regulations) that are to be newly constructed or renovated, at least 30 days before the start of construction. , it is necessary to submit a notification to Inagi City Hall's Town Development Planning Division that the facility conforms to maintenance standards (excluding those maintained by the national government, metropolitan government, ward, town, village, etc.). For facilities that require building certification, please submit a notification prior to applying for building certification.
Facilities that are subject to the Barrier-Free Building Ordinance and whose entire maintenance details can be confirmed in the application for building certification, etc. do not need to submit a notification under this ordinance.
For details on target facilities and maintenance standards, please see the Tokyo Metropolitan Welfare Urban Development Facility Maintenance Manual .
