Inagi city citizen activity information bulletin board

In city, we establish link page of "citizen activity information bulletin board" in city homepage as part of support for common knowledge of voluntary activity such as citizen's groups.
This bulletin board consists of two types: "member recruitment information" and "event information".
Those who wish to post information on the bulletin board must follow the application procedures below and in accordance with the "Usage Regulations".

• The information posted on the bulletin board is posted on the link page of the city website based on the application of the group, and the city is not sponsored or involved.
• If you have any questions about the contents of the publication, please contact each organization.
• The city will not be involved in any troubles with the listed organizations.

When using the bulletin board, be sure to check the terms of use.

• Citizens are mainly active groups, and the main activity location is public facilities in Inagi city or neighboring cities.
• However, the following groups are excluded.

1 Groups that engage in activities contrary to public order and morals
2 Organizations engaged in political activities
3 Groups conducting religious activities
4 Organizations that carry out activities for the purpose of profit
5 Groups that conduct activities at private homes

(1) How to apply <br id="3"/>Please submit the application form to the Secretariat and Public Relations Division by mail, in person, or by e-mail.
(2) Application deadline <br id="7"/> The closing date is the 20th of the month before the month in which you wish to publish.
(3) Posting period <br id="11"/>The maximum period is 6 months. However, the event information will be until the end of the month to which the end date belongs, and the information that has expired will be deleted.
(4) Others <br id="15"/>If you wish to post photographs of your activities, etc., please save the image data on a CD-R or other media, and bring it with the application form or mail it. Please note that up to 2 images can be posted per item.
Note: USB memory and SD card are not supported.

1. Information on the bulletin board is updated on the 1st of each month at the Secretariat and Public Relations Division.
2. The city will decide whether or not to publish the article in accordance with the usage regulations, and the city will not contact you individually regarding the propriety of publication.
3. Please respond responsibly to inquiries regarding the posted information. The city will not be concerned at all even if any trouble occurs due to posting.
4. Posting information on the bulletin board does not mean that the city grants any authority, such as sponsorship, official recognition, or permission.
5. If it turns out that there was a falsehood in the posted content, or if there are complaints after posting, we will not post it after that.
