Inagi City Citizen Activities Information Bulletin Board

The city will set up a link page for the "Civic Activities Information Bulletin Board" on the city's homepage as part of its support for publicizing the voluntary activities of civic groups.
This bulletin board consists of two types: "member recruitment information" and "event information".
If you would like to post information on the bulletin board, please follow the application procedures below and the "Usage Regulations."

For those who wish to post information on the bulletin board

Groups that can use the bulletin board

1. Organizations that conduct activities that violate public order and morals
2. Organizations that conduct political activities
3. Organizations that carry out religious activities
4. Organizations that conduct activities for profit
5. Organizations that use private homes as venues for their activities

Application procedure

(1) How to apply <br id="3"/>Please submit the application form to the Secretary and Public Relations Division by mail, in person, or by email.
(2) Application deadline <br id="7"/>The deadline is the 20th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to publish.
(3) Posting period <br id="11"/>The maximum period is 6 months. However, event information will be kept until the end of the month in which the end date falls, and information that has expired will be deleted.
(4) Other <br id="15"/>If you would like to post photos of your activities, etc., please save the image data on a media such as a CD-R and bring or mail it along with your application form. Please note that up to two images can be posted per item.
Note: USB memory and SD cards are not allowed.

Notes

  1. Information on the bulletin board will be updated on the 1st of every month by the Secretary and Public Relations Division.
  2. The city will decide whether or not to post in accordance with the usage regulations, and the city will not make individual communications regarding the possibility of posting.
  3. Organizations are responsible for responding to inquiries regarding posted information. The city will not be responsible for any troubles that may arise due to publication.
  4. Posting information on the bulletin board does not confer any authority such as sponsorship, recognition, or permission from the city.
  5. If the published content is found to be false or if there are complaints after publication, the publication will no longer be made.
