Specific health checkup implementation plan/health project implementation plan (data health plan)

The Implementation Plan for Specified Health Checkups, etc. defines the implementation methods and implementation rate targets for "Specific Health Checkups" and "Specific Health Guidance" for the purpose of early detection and prevention of lifestyle-related diseases.

The planning period for the "Third Inagi City National Health Insurance Specific Health Checkups, etc." implementation plan, which was formulated in March 2018, ended in March 2024. In order to advance measures against lifestyle-related diseases and establish healthy lifestyles among citizens, we have formulated the "Fourth Inagi City National Health Insurance Specific Health Checkups, etc." implementation plan, which has a planning period from fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2029.

A health project implementation plan (data health plan) is a plan to utilize health and medical information to implement efficient and effective health projects in accordance with the PDCA cycle.

The planning period for the "Second Phase Inagi City National Health Insurance Health Project Implementation Plan (Data Health Plan)", which was formulated in March 2018, ended in March 2024. As a result, we have formulated the "Third Phase Inagi City National Health Insurance Health Project Implementation Plan (Data Health Plan)", which has a planning period from fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2029, in order to further extend the healthy life expectancy of insured persons and optimize medical expenses.
