A proposal was submitted by the Inagi City Overseas Sister Cities Review Citizens Council.

The Inagi City Overseas Sister Cities Review Citizens' Council has compiled a "Recommendations for Overseas Sister Cities Partnerships" and submitted it to the mayor.
In the future, the city will work toward establishing a sister city agreement while building an exchange system between the two cities based on the recommendations from the citizens' meeting.
