Public opinion solicitation for the "Report on the results of the study toward the formulation of the City Planning Ordinance"

　Since fiscal year 2023, the city has been working on formulating the Inagi City Urban Development Ordinance (tentative name), which will set standards such as mechanisms for resident participation in urban planning and town development, and mechanisms for coordination in development projects.We have been listening to the opinions of our citizens and have been conducting repeated discussions with the aim of enacting the ordinance by fiscal year 2024.
In order to hear as many opinions as possible about the report we have created, we are making it public and inviting a wide range of comments.
(The report is available for public inspection during opening hours at the Urban Planning Division on the 3rd floor of City Hall, the Administrative Information Corner on the 1st floor of City Hall, and the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices.)

People who live, work or study in the city, and individuals and corporations that own offices, business establishments, land or buildings in the city

We cannot accept any verbal comments made over the counter or over the phone.

・We will not respond to each of the opinions submitted. We plan to make public the content of the opinions received and the city's thoughts on them at a later date.

・Please note that not all opinions will be reflected.

-Even after collecting comments, we will continue to make any necessary revisions to the report until the ordinance is formulated.
