As part of administrative reform, administrative business evaluation promotes administrative reform by building a management cycle of "Plan - Do - Check - Action" to improve efficiency and quality. This is an initiative aimed at realizing high-level administration and establishing administrative services that emphasize results.

Starting from fiscal year 2020, evaluations have been conducted by the newly established Administrative Management Evaluation Committee with the aim of receiving opinions on sustainable administrative management from a broader perspective.
