The "4th Inagi City Health and Welfare Comprehensive Plan (Regional Welfare Plan)" was formulated in order to address issues in light of changes in the environment surrounding health and welfare and changes in welfare needs, primarily by members of the 4th Inagi City Health and Welfare Comprehensive Plan Drafting Committee, which is composed of academic experts, representatives of health and welfare-related organizations, persons affiliated with health and welfare-related institutions, and citizens selected through public recruitment.
In the "Fifth Inagi City Long-term Comprehensive Plan," which is the city's highest-level plan, the basic goal of town development related to health, medical care, and welfare is set as "Inagi, a city where everyone can live healthily in the community," and one of the measures is set as "community welfare where people can live with peace of mind." Based on this, by combining the basic principle of the previous plan, "town development where we live together and create together," the new basic principle is "town development where everyone can live together in the community, healthily, and safely." Based on this basic principle, we will strive to improve the consultation and support system to respond to the issues facing citizens in their daily lives, and aim to create an Inagi City where people support each other in the community and where the dignity of individuals is protected so that everyone can live with peace of mind in the community.
This plan, which has a planning period from fiscal year 2024 to fiscal year 2029, not only sets out the "Municipal Regional Welfare Plan," which sets out common issues in each field of welfare, such as elderly welfare, welfare for the disabled, child welfare, and other welfare, as well as issues that address the gaps between systems, but also includes the "Multi-layered Support System Development Project Implementation Plan" and the "Basic Plan for Promoting the Use of the Adult Guardianship System," which are cross-sectional plans for the welfare field, and is a plan that will serve as a guideline for the city's health and welfare.
This plan can also be viewed at City Hall (1st floor Administrative Information Corner, 2nd floor Life Welfare Division, 5th floor Administrative Information Corner), the Health Center, Welfare Center, and various libraries in the city.
In order to comprehensively review and formulate the Fourth Inagi City Comprehensive Health and Welfare Plan, the Fourth Inagi City Comprehensive Health and Welfare Plan Drafting Committee was established and conducted research and review from various professional perspectives.
In formulating the plan, we conducted a survey to understand the needs of citizens, mainly regarding "community welfare," and to use this as basic information.
