School physical education facility connection

When using school physical education facilities open to groups, in principle, registration for use of school physical education facilities open to groups is required.
Please refer to the "Inagi Municipal School Physical Education Facility Usage Guide" and submit the necessary documents.

Note: About work/work certificate
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of employment issued by the corporation you work for, please use the format of the certificate of employment below. When applying, please fill in the necessary information yourself and submit it with the corporate seal.
If the address of the head office/headquarters of the corporation is outside the city and the address of the branch/branch office of the place of work is within the city, please indicate so in the remarks column.

Please submit an open diary at the time of group open use. The open diary is in the rental bag of each key, but if you use the school grounds, some schools do not lend out the key, so please download it from here and use it.
The submission method is the designated post installed at each school. For the location of the post, please refer to "Inagi City School Physical Education Facility Usage Information".
Note: Do not leave completed unlocking journals in your key pouch.
