Q&A overview

Contents of question Answer
I would like the mountain slope behind the health center to be cleared of underbrush on a regular basis, including from the perspective of crime prevention. We would like to consider how appropriate management can be achieved while receiving opinions from local residents' associations.
The U-shaped ditch covering the waterway beneath the mountain behind the health center is covered with grating, but it is no longer functioning as a waterway due to the accumulation of fallen leaves. I want it to be a concrete lid. If you can let us know the exact location, we will pass it on to the relevant department.
Why don't they collect branches that have been pruned at home if they have leaves on them? Collection of household pruned branches is a project of the Green Wellness Foundation. We would like to confirm the reason and respond to the request in a way that makes it as easy for the person submitting the request.
I would like a roof to be added to the bench behind the crank on the road side of Hyakumura Shinka Children's Park. Since this is a budget-related issue, I cannot answer it here, but I will ask the department in charge to consider it.
Isn't it possible to make the disaster prevention administrative radio system a little easier to hear? Although the volume is high, it is difficult to hear. We are having difficulty managing the disaster prevention radio, as we receive many complaints and other calls. There is a limit to how much we can handle with the current speakers. That is why we have created a system that allows people to make inquiries about the broadcast content by phone. Content can also be confirmed through email distribution. Furthermore, mobile devices with area email reception capabilities can receive emails without registration. We also operate a PR vehicle, so we would like people to use various methods to obtain information.
In the future, with a view to introducing disaster prevention radios that can be used to listen to information inside the home, the city is working with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to use local businesses to research how to provide these at low cost.
I also want a roof for the benches at Hakudo Plaza. Also, the sandbox is used as a place for cat feces, making it unsanitary. It might be better not to have it. Many stray cats are in trouble. Regarding the bench issue, since it is a budget-related issue I cannot answer here, but I will ask the relevant department to consider it.
Akasaka Road is narrow and it is difficult to pass each other. I would like you to draw a stop line and organize traffic. We will be considering ways to solve the problems on Akasaka Road in conjunction with the widening plan for Tsurukawa Highway. Please note that we cannot put stop lines on the road without the permission of the police.
Regarding disaster prevention, I would like to know what kinds of concerns and care will be provided in the Hyakumura district. Every time a major disaster occurs, laws and standards are reviewed. In the wake of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, the city has been working to establish a voluntary disaster prevention organization. Additionally, based on the lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake, we upgraded stockpiles and equipment, and reviewed Inagi City's local disaster prevention plan. We will continue to take appropriate measures based on such assumptions.
Please see the disaster prevention map published by Inagi City for details on the situation of each village.
