Delinquency disposition

Last updated: June 5, 2015

For those who are in arrears, we ask them to pay their taxes by means of a demand letter or demand letter.
However, if you still do not pay, in order to maintain fairness with those who have paid by the deadline, and to secure important city taxes, we have no choice but to delinquent in accordance with the Local Tax Law and the National Tax Collection Law. The taxpayer's assets (real estate, movables, automobiles, wages, bank deposits, etc.) will be seized, and these assets will be sold at public auction to be used to pay delinquent taxes.

Note: Seizure
According to the local tax law, if the tax is not paid in full by 10 days from the date the demand letter is issued, the property of the delinquent must be seized.
In the case of seizure due to tax delinquency, there is no need to go to court, and the seizure can be carried out without prior notification or the consent of the person concerned.
