Account transfer

Withdrawals are automatically deducted from your designated bank account on the due date. You don't have to worry about "forgot to pay", "dunning notices and overdue charges", and "missing claims for refunds" . There is no need to carry cash, so you can pay your taxes safely and securely.

• City and metropolitan inhabitant tax (ordinary collection)
• Property tax/City planning tax
• Light vehicle tax (classification rate)
• National health insurance tax

Note 1: About fund transfer of light vehicle tax (classification percent), all owned vehicles are eligible. Please note that you cannot select a vehicle.
Note 2: Please note that bank transfers cannot be made for past years, delinquent taxes, city and metropolitan inhabitant taxes (special collection), and corporate municipal taxes.

Please fill in the necessary information on the special postcard (direct debit request form) available at the Inagi City Hall Collection Division, Hirao Branch Office, and Wakabadai Branch Office counters, stamp it (with the financial institution registration stamp), and then post it or submit it to each counter. (Please note that you cannot bring it to the financial institution.)
Note 1 : If you request it by phone, we can send you a special postcard (direct debit request form), so please feel free to contact the Collection Department.
Note 2 : You can also print out the application form (direct debit request form) from the Inagi City website. Please fill in the necessary information, stamp it (with your financial institution registration seal), and mail it to the collection department or submit it to each counter.

This is a service that allows you to easily apply for account transfer at the city hall, Hirao branch office, or Wakabadai branch office by reading your cash card into a dedicated device and entering your PIN. For more details, please see page of " pay account transfer reception desk service ".

Note 1: The application deadline for the dedicated postcard (account transfer request form) is about 50 days before the transfer date, while the application deadline for the page account transfer reception service is about 20 days before the transfer date. .
Note 2: There are also financial institutions that do not handle the Pay-easy account transfer reception service. For details, please refer to the following "Financial Institutions Handling Account Transfers".

The application deadline and transfer date for account transfer are as shown in the table below.
Even if you apply by the deadline, we recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible , as there is a possibility that the account transfer will not be processed in time for the desired start date due to incomplete information.

Note 1 : Please note that past years, delinquent taxes, city and metropolitan inhabitant taxes (special collection), and corporate municipal taxes cannot be transferred by bank transfer.
Note 2 : If the application deadline for Page is not the day the city hall is open, the application deadline will be the day before the city office is open .
Note 3: There is also a "payment in advance account transfer" that allows you to transfer the tax amount for one year all at once. For details, please contact the Storage Division.

The financial institutions that handle account transfers for city taxes, etc. in Inagi City are as shown in the table below.
In addition, financial institutions for which "Pay-easy account transfer acceptance" is not allowed can apply with a special postcard (account transfer request form), but cannot apply with the Pay-easy account transfer acceptance service. Please note.

• We will not notify you that the procedure has been completed or that the transfer has been completed , so please check your passbook, etc.
• For small two-wheeled vehicles (displacement over 250cc) that require a paper tax payment certificate at the time of vehicle inspection, the tax payment certificate will be sent in mid-June after the account transfer is confirmed.
