Chokotto Mutual Aid is a system in which residents of 39 municipalities in Tokyo pool their membership fees and receive compensation in the event of a traffic accident.
You can choose from two courses: A course and B course.
In addition to applying for membership at the counter, you can also apply for membership online.

From April 1st to March 31st of the following year. Note: If joining on or after April 1st, the period begins from the day after application.

Note: Applications for the following year usually begin in February.
Citizens Affairs Division, Hirao/Wakabadai Branch, banks, credit unions, and agricultural cooperatives in Inagi City (excluding Japan Post Bank)
To claim compensation, you must submit a "traffic accident certificate."
If you are involved in a traffic accident, be sure to report it to the police station on the same day, no matter how small the accident (such as a solo bicycle accident).
