Alert regarding businesses that force you to pay large amounts of money with claims such as "Anyone can easily get 10,000 yen in cash in just 1 minute!"

Since November 2017, consumer affairs centers in various places have been receiving many inquiries about business operators who pay large amounts of money, saying, "Anyone can easily get 10,000 yen in cash in just one minute!" increase.
From the Consumer Affairs Agency, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), in transactions with the Japan Statistics Organization, the interests of consumers are unfairly harmed. We have received information that there is a risk of acts (false/exaggerated advertisements/displays and misrepresentations), so we would like to inform consumers in order to prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer damage.
