Warning regarding "Ecology Life Co., Ltd.," which solicits the purchase of corporate bonds by falsely claiming to be engaged in business such as developing wind power generation systems.

Since August 2015, consumer living centers and other organizations across the country have been receiving inquiries about businesses that have been soliciting the purchase of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights, falsely claiming to be engaged in businesses such as the development of wind power generation systems.
As a result of an investigation by the Consumer Affairs Agency, it was confirmed that Ecology Life Co., Ltd. had engaged in solicitation activities that could unfairly harm the interests of consumers (misrepresentation of facts). Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act, the Agency will publish information that will help prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer harm and call on consumers to be vigilant.
