Alert regarding businesses that claim to be "copycat businesses" and force you to pay large sums of money.

Since December 2017, consumer affairs centers and other organizations in the area have received numerous inquiries about businesses making claims such as "Copycat Business," "Aiming to make over 1.5 million yen per month! We'll give you a system tool just for you!" and "All you have to do is copy!"

Based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), the Consumer Affairs Agency has determined that transactions with Kirei Co., Ltd. are likely to unduly harm the interests of consumers. We have received information that there has been an act (false/exaggerated advertising/representation, and misrepresentation), so we would like to inform consumers in order to prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer harm.
