Warning about businesses that make you pay large amounts of money by claiming that you will earn a minimum of 10,000 yen a day just by participating in the Gold and Silver Project.

Since February 2018, consumer centers and other organizations across the country have received numerous inquiries about businesses that claim to "guarantee a minimum income of 10,000 yen per day just by participating in the Gold and Silver Project."

The Consumer Affairs Agency has determined that, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), transactions with "Zipang Co., Ltd." are likely to unduly harm the interests of consumers. We have received information that there has been an act (false/exaggerated advertising/representation, and misrepresentation), so we would like to inform consumers in order to prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer harm.
