Calling attention to businesses that offer consumers to purchase information products and make them pay large sums of money by saying things like "Your photos can turn into money right now!"

Since January 2017, we have been soliciting customers on our website with messages such as ``Your photos can turn into money right now!'' and ``You can earn money just by taking photos,'' and we have used information products and automatic customer attraction tools to use fees. Consumer affairs centers around the country are receiving inquiries about businesses that force people to pay large amounts of money.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has determined that, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), transactions with Idea Co., Ltd. are likely to unduly harm the interests of consumers. We have received information that there has been an act (misrepresentation), so we would like to inform consumers in order to prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer harm.
