Regarding the use of the civic hall

The Civic Hall was used as a venue for vaccinations to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, so it had been closed to registered groups, but reservations and use will be resumed.

There is a fee for groups other than registered group 1. In addition, if the number of citizens is less than half of the members of the user organization, the amount will be doubled.
If registered organization 1 conducts activities in line with the purpose for which Friend Hirao was established, the usage fee will be waived, but even if the organization is a registered organization, a fee will be charged if it is used for purposes other than the purpose for which Friend Hirao was established.
All tables display usage fees per hour, but in reality you pay usage fees per frame.
