Life and Culture Facility Yanokuchi is located in the Second Cultural Center.
Life and culture facilities aim to promote civic exchange activities and community formation, thereby contributing to the improvement of civic life and the development of culture.
It is a facility that can be used by people of all ages. Please feel free to use.

From March 13, 2023, we have decided to leave it to individual judgment about wearing a mask .

• Sundays, 2nd and 4th Mondays = 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Notes: 1 The common room is open free of charge from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While the space is open, it cannot be used exclusively.

• There is a charge for groups other than registered group 1. In addition, among members of use group, it becomes double amount of table when the number of citizens does not reach the majority.
• The usage fee is exempted when the registered group 1 conducts activities in line with the purpose of establishing the living and cultural facility, but even if it is a registered group, it will be charged if it is used for purposes other than the establishment purpose.
• Each table shows the usage fee per hour, but you actually pay the usage fee per frame.

(1) Advance reservation is required to use the room. In addition, it is limited to use by groups (including corporations) represented by adults.
(2) Reservations are not required for the common room during free opening hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
