This class teaches basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, baby care, etc.

Please apply by phone or in person at the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center.
If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating.

(1) How to bathe a baby and experience holding a baby

(2) Dad’s experience of being pregnant

We are introducing how you can experience a simulated pregnancy using things you have at home. Experience the difficulty in seeing your feet and the strain on your lower back.

(3) Watching the DVD "My Baby Won't Stop Crying"

This video is recommended not only for parents with babies, but also for everyone who takes care of babies.

(4) Lecture by a public health nurse (about life before and after childbirth, information on city information services)

It contains a wide range of information about the changes in a mother's mind and body and the growth of a child, the role of a father at any given time, and child-rearing.
