A pregnancy health check-up ticket is enclosed in the "Mother and Child Health Bag" given to those who submit a pregnancy notification.
The consultation ticket can be used at contracted medical institutions or midwifery clinics within Tokyo.

Note 1: The tests listed on the medical examination ticket will be covered by public funds.
Note 2: If the cost of unspecified tests, etc., exceeds the publicly funded amount, you will be required to pay the cost yourself.

In order to reduce the financial and mental burden on pregnant women with multiple births, we will subsidize a portion of the cost of receiving more than 14 prenatal health checkups at your own expense (up to 5,000 yen per visit). (up to 5 doses).
The application deadline is generally within one year from the date of birth.

This is a system that subsidizes the costs of health guidance (health checkups) for pregnant women and newborns from households receiving welfare benefits and households exempt from resident tax. There are conditions, such as having the examination at a designated medical institution in Tokyo, so please contact the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center for details.

Consultation tickets issued by local governments in Tokyo can be used as is.
There is no need to receive a consultation ticket again at Inagi City.

Consultation tickets issued by municipalities outside Tokyo cannot be used.
We will exchange the unused pregnant woman health checkup consultation ticket issued before you moved in with an Inagi City consultation ticket. Please bring your unused pregnancy health checkup ticket and apply at the Oyako Comprehensive Support Center (2nd floor of the Health Center ).
