Maternity Classes

Inagi City holds maternity classes for mothers who are expecting their first baby.
This class teaches basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, baby care, etc.

Those who live in the city and are expecting their first child. Note: If you are pregnant with your second or subsequent child and would like to participate, please contact us.

10 people each time (first-come, first-served basis)

It is one course over two days, but you can also participate for just one day.
First day

• Nutrition and dietary needs during pregnancy
• Teeth things you should know while pregnant
• A story about the mother's physical and mental changes, the process of childbirth, and breast care.

the 2nd day

• Stories about life with a baby
• How to take a bath
• Information on playgrounds and available services in the city

From 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Reception = from 1 p.m.)

All events are held on Fridays
