Japan is a country with many earthquakes. The Disaster Prevention Division is concerned about the lives of citizens in the event of a major earthquake such as the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011. I work to protect people's lives and property, and to minimize damage as much as possible.
Ensure personal safety.
Move to an evacuation center or shelter.
There are many others (and others). Let's all think about it! !
In preparation for a disaster that may occur at any time, please tell your family which evacuation center you will go to. Let's talk well and be ready to meet up if something happens.
What is scary about earthquakes is fire. Create an environment that prevents fire from emitting from your home by inspecting and servicing your fire appliances from around Sunday. Let's put our heart into it.
In addition, the Disaster Prevention Division assists with the fire brigade, which is made up of local people. In the event of a fire, the members of the fire brigade do their own work, such as extinguishing the fire together with the members of the fire department. We are working to protect the town where we live.
In Inagi City, various arrangements are being made to prepare for an earthquake. We hold disaster prevention seminars for people living in Inagi City as part of our disaster prevention measures. .
