Status of the relevant faculty and staff member

It has been revealed that a teacher working at Inagi City School has tested positive for the new coronavirus.
The circumstances surrounding this faculty member are as follows.
(1) Age: 30s (2) Gender: Male (3) Place of residence: Kanagawa Prefecture (4) Symptoms: Fever (37.8 degrees), cough (5) Background
Started work on Monday, April 25th. He had a feeling of discomfort in his throat, so an antigen test was conducted at the school, which was negative. After work, I took another antigen test at a medical institution, but it was negative.
April 26th (Tuesday): Vacation taken. Due to continued discomfort in his throat, he received medical treatment at home.
April 27th (Wednesday): Vacation taken. In the morning, he developed a fever (37.8 degrees) and visited a medical institution. A PCR test was conducted and found to be positive. Since then, he has been recuperating at home.
