The Inagi City Board of Education is recruiting teachers for municipal elementary and junior high schools who will definitely foster children's zest for life.
To the north lies the flowing Tama River, dotted with pear fields and the streets of a new town. This is a city where the abundance of nature and development coexist.
The population is approximately 90,000, and residential development is ongoing, with the population increasing, especially among young people.
As a teacher at an Inagi City elementary and junior high school, we are looking for a teacher who can listen to children's unspoken ``voices in their hearts'' and ensure that they can nurture their zest for life!
The area is home to 12 elementary schools and 6 junior high schools, ranging from small schools in quiet rural areas to large, lively schools in emerging residential areas.
Inagi City established the "Second Inagi City School Work Style Implementation Plan" in March 2020 and is working to reform the work style of teachers.
We have posted the handouts for the FY2024 teacher recruitment information session.
We are currently recruiting for the subjects and number of positions listed in the file below from individuals who are currently teachers at Tokyo Metropolitan public schools and have a designated number of years of experience.

In addition, for each recruitment slot and CS slot, candidates will be selected into either slot.
According to metropolitan government regulations, new hires who are being transferred for the first time are not eligible to apply for the CS quota.
Inagi City plans to assign a junior high school teacher (health and physical education) to be a subject teacher (one physical education teacher) in the upper grades of one elementary school in the city, with the aim of realizing and promoting a subject teacher system in the upper grades of elementary schools in the city.
