This bandana is intended to be worn by people with disabilities who may not be able to tell from their appearance that they need support during a disaster, making it easier for them to receive support during and after evacuation.
These will be distributed to those who request them, including those who have a disability certificate and those who receive disability welfare services or medical expenses subsidies.
Note: This is unique to Inagi City.

Wear it so that the letters are visible
If you see someone wearing a bandana, the message they are expressing is ``I am deaf,'' which is mainly for hearing impaired people, ``I am visually impaired,'' which is mainly for visually impaired people, and ``I am physically disabled.'' ” mainly refers to people with physical disabilities, and ``I need support'' refers to people with intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, or people who require some kind of support.
However, there are people with physical disabilities who have various disabilities such as internal disorders and higher brain dysfunction, and it is difficult to tell from their appearance that they have a disability. or "Is there anything I can do to help you?" and ask if they need support or consideration.
