Digital disability certificate app that can be used at public facilities in the city

From September 15, 2020, at some public facilities in the city where disabled people can receive discounts on parking fees, facility usage fees, etc., instead of presenting a disability certificate, the digital disability certificate app "Mirairo" will be used. You can receive services by presenting your ID.

The city public facilities where you can use Mirairo ID are listed below. Please note that this service cannot be used for other procedures that require a copy of your disability certificate.

• To receive the service, you must register with Mirairo ID in advance.
• Due to app malfunctions, communication environment, etc., you may not be able to present your Mirairo ID, so we recommend that you also carry your disability certificate.
