Private bus fare discount system

If you have a Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate (Rehabilitation Certificate), or a Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate (with photo attached) issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, you can get half off the fare when using private buses (Keio Bus, Odakyu Bus, etc.) by showing your certificate to the driver.

Note 1: I-Bus fares are half price for adults only. There are no disability discounts for child fares.
Note 2: Discounts are only applied when using the Mentally Disabled Health and Welfare Handbook when boarding and disembarking within Tokyo.
