Some people with disabilities are unable to express their concerns.
A "Help Card" is something that people with disabilities carry with them on a daily basis to make it easier for them to ask for consideration and help from those around them in the event of an emergency, disaster, or when they are in trouble.
Note: The city is also handing out special holders so that they can be easily attached to bags, etc.

Eligible people: People living in the city with physical, intellectual or mental disabilities, people with intractable illnesses, etc. who need support in their daily lives or in emergencies. Note: Limited to people who have a disability certificate or a disability-related recipient certificate.
Distribution locations: Disability Welfare Division, Wakabadai Branch Office and Hirao Branch Office
