This is a system to subsidize childbirth expenses for those who are unable to be hospitalized for childbirth due to financial reasons.
(It is necessary to apply before childbirth, so please contact us as soon as possible.)

The following households may be eligible for the system (A) Welfare households and households receiving support benefits under the Act on Promotion of Smooth Return to Japan for Japanese Remaining in China and Support for Self-reliance after Permanent Return to Japan (B ) Households exempt from inhabitant tax (C) Households subject to inhabitant tax, with only a per capita tax amount
Note: Depending on the amount of the Childbirth and Childcare Lump-sum Grant, etc., it may not be eligible.

Expenses required for childbirth are subsidized.
Note 1: As a midwifery facility, it is necessary to be admitted to a hospital or maternity hospital that is licensed.

After an interview with the person in charge , you will be asked to fill out an application form.
(We recommend that you make an appointment by phone in advance for the interview. It will take about an hour.)
