It can be used as a way to relieve the loneliness of elderly people who do not have a phone and to confirm their safety.
Call charges will be borne by the city (up to 300 yen per month), and users will be responsible for any excess charges. In addition, city bears construction costs to affect base rate and rental.

Those who live in the city and correspond to all of the following

• Single households aged 65 or over or households where all members are aged 65 or over
• Relatives within the second degree must not live in the city
• Households with income tax of 42,000 yen or less per year
• Do not own a mobile phone

Mail or bring the application form to the Elderly Welfare Section, Elderly Welfare Division, Inagi City Hall.
Bring to Hirao branch office or Wakabadai branch office.
